Errors in Packaging
If an incorrect item is received due to errors by Gennie Shifter, that item (if unused and like new) will be exchanged for the proper item. The incorrect item must have been ordered direct from Gennie Shifter and returned pre-paid within 14 days of the original shipment’s receipt. Shortages reported within 14 days of receipt will be filled by Gennie Shifter.® No claims for incorrect parts or shortages will be addressed after two weeks of the original shipment’s receipt.
Claims for damage, open or concealed, will be inspected by Gennie Shifter; the item must be returned in original package, with invoice and our RMA#, provided by Gennie Shifter (see Wholesale Returns). After a product inspection, Gennie Shifter will advise you of the claim status.
Gennie Shifter does not sell retail, therefore claims must be directed back to the dealer where item was originally purchased.
All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice and an RMA#. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned products must be in the same condition they were in at the time of sale, as damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products can only be returned within 30 days of the original invoice. No C.O.D. returns.
Back Ordered Items
If at the time of an order, a normally stocked item is temporarily out of stock, the item will be placed on back order. The back ordered item will be shipped as soon as possible. Customers will not be charged for back ordered items until the item ships. If you would like to cancel a pending back order, please contact Gennie Shifter immediately.
All prices in this catalog were in effect at the time of its printing. The prices in this catalogsupersede all prices in previous Gennie Shifter advertisements or catalogs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes are due to manufacturers & materials fluctuating costs. If a price has changed from the catalog listed price, you will be notified at the time of ordering. For the latest prices, please contact your Gennie Shifter authorized dealer.
If you would like your shipment to be shipped Next Day, Second Day, or 3-Day Express, please make this request at the time you place your order.
Express Shipping options are available at an additional charge. Your Gennie Shifter sales representative will give you a customized quote to let you know what the total shipping will be for your order. This service is available only for in stock merchandise ordered before 12:00 noon. Express Delivery must be pre-paid.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Gennie Shifter applies a Limited Lifetime Warranty on it’s products. Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use will be handled by Gennie Shifter directly. To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase (i.e. original invoice) and an RMA# (call for RMA#). Gennie Shifter reserves the right to repair or replace the product as it deems necessary. Gennie Shifter will determine whether the product meets the terms and conditions of the Gennie Shifter Warranty. Products that have been changed, altered, modified or misused in any way will not be warranted. Gennie Shifter reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage according to it’s terms. Product must be returned along with an explanation of the warranty claim to Gennie Shifter, at the customer’s expense.
All drop shipments must be paid in full, in advance. There is a $7.50 drop shipment fee.
